MISSION:

Clippers Premier seeks to empower young athletes by developing strength of character, leadership skills, strong work ethic, and self-confidence through the love of basketball and athletic excellence.  This is for youth between 5th and 12th grade. 

PHILOSOPHY:

Clippers Premier is excited to share our passion and love for the game of basketball.  Our goal is to optimize individual player and overall team performance through hands on leadership focusing on individual fundamental skill training/development, game situations, and team dynamics/unity. 

Coach Pierre aims to coach participants to compete to their highest level of ability, while learning to win and lose with class. We strive to encourage and empower young athletes through athletic excellence. 

In partnership with parents, Clippers Premier teaches young athletes to respect themselves, their peers, and their community by instilling ethics built on character, honesty, and morality. Additionally, coaches mentor athletes while instilling life skills such as team work, leadership, self-discipline, responsibility, work ethic, and sportsmanship. These life lessons will equip them to be highly successful adults and the leaders of tomorrow.
